how does payment work?

along with a signed contract & liability form, a non-refundable 50% deposit must be made to officially reserve your date. the remainder must be paid the week of your event (feel free to pay early, if you prefer). if you are with a non-profit, school or government agency that will need to pay with a check or purchase order, please note that when submitting your form.

where do you deliver? can i pick it up myself?

let us take a task off of your event prep 'to-do’ list! we do not allow any client pick ups.

to see what your delivery fee will be, go here. we are happy to accommodate requests for an additional fee for areas outside of our zone.

*higher delivery fees are due to distance, tolls, higher gas use, etc.

what if i need to cancel?

life happens! our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until one hour prior to your delivery time or a cancellation fee up to the entire rental amount may apply. you will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid for up to 1 year from the original date of your event. however, credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not allow refunds.

how can WE party prep for The Space City Party?!

pick your space! we are able to set up on grass, concrete, turf, asphalt, pavement and sport courts. we do NOT set up on rocks or gravel. any set up on sand or with more than 10 stairs needing to be climbed- there will be an additional service fee.

make it nice! please ensure set up area is nice and clear (free of trash, debris & dog waste) prior to our arrival. dog poop on a bouncy house might possibly take away from our luxury factor.
